UPDATE: The Supplier Portal will be unavailable for maintenance from May 17 through the morning of May 20, 2024. Suppliers will not have access to create new accounts, update existing accounts, access bid documents, submit bids, etc. If you have any questions, please email vendor.questions@boston.gov.

Our mission is to purchase the high-quality goods and services at the lowest possible price for the City and its residents. We also support non-profits through community grantmaking.

If you have any questions related to your vendor account or want to become a supplier with the City, Vendor Support is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET at 617-961-1058 or at vendor.questions@boston.gov.

NEW! The Vendor Support team now offers a virtual 2 hour drop-in session on the first Tuesday of each month - 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. EST.
