If you have any questions related to your vendor account or want to become a supplier with the City, Vendor Support is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET at 617-961-1058 or at vendor.questions@boston.gov.
NEW! The Vendor Support team now offers a virtual 2 hour drop-in session on the first Tuesday of each month - 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. EST.

Community Grantmaking
Through grantmaking, we are able to support community organizations to better serve the people of Boston. This unit oversees the centralized policies and processes that enable Departments to provide grants to non-profits.
